Alors que Lina, Angy et Edith recherchaient leurs filles et parents disparus à Morelos, au Mexique, elles ont découvert que le procureur avait secrètement enterré les corps de plus de 200 personnes assassinées au cours d’une guerre manquée contre la criminalité, qui en réalité visait des civils. Le film suit leur formation aux tâches médico-légales et leur participation à l’exhumation des corps, afin que les disparus puissent rentrer chez eux. Leurs découvertes révèlent une réalité stupéfiante : les autorités mexicaines sont impliquées dans les disparitions en enterrant secrètement des personnes dans des fosses communes cachées.

- Screen the documentary to Mexican federal and local decision makers and other key stakeholders to reach agreements in the Jojutla common grave case.
