Open Positions
For the Festival’s 25th edition, taking place from March 5 to 14, 2027, we are opening two internship positions to support our Communications and Impact Days (professional programme) teams.
These internships are intended for students currently enrolled in a university programme and eligible for a tripartite internship agreement, which is required to apply.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATION INTERNSHIP
From 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027
You will take part in the preparation of the Festival within the Communications Department. Under the supervision of the Digital Communications Manager and the Social Media Manager, you will collaborate with all FIFDH teams, including programming, communications and operations. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop a broad range of cross-functional skills while contributing to the organisation of one of the leading events dedicated to film and human rights.
Workload: 60% in October, 80% in November–December, 100% from January to March
Compensation: CHF 1,500.– / 100%

IMPACT DAYS INTERNSHIP
From 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027
You will support the Head of Programme and the Head of Strategic Communications for the IMPACT DAYS, and works closely with the Festival’s communications team. You will contribute to the organisation and communication of this event, which brings together filmmakers, NGOs, foundations and producers around impact production through films and collaborative synergies.
Workload: 60% in October 2026, 80% in November–December 2026, 100% from January to March 2027
Compensation: CHF 1,500.– / 100%
