Zadvengers

Environmental activists Thor, Hulk, Black Panther, Captain Anarchy and Batwoman illegally occupy Mormont Hill. They create a utopian society while waging a tumultuous struggle against the enemy, the cement industry. Far from any society, these activists invent, create and reclaim an enchanted and ecologically necessary place that is endangered. A threat is lurking when the police announce that they’ll soon be evacuated. This film dives into the heart of a committed community with strong ideologies. A realistic and turbulent artistic documentary film project that follows these anonymous people in trying to understand what they have experienced there before and after the turmoil; that tries to understand their claims for a more just, social and ecological society through the concrete actions they have implemented and the repression they have suffered.

Impact Statement
In every part of the world, our land is threatened by the expansion of human activities. These areas are disappearing, leaving room for profit, resources and buildings. At a time of ecological and social emergency, the film gives unique reading keys to the people and carries strong messages. Our strategy will be both local and international. Our goal is to give keys to understanding to the people for the popular vote (CH) on the preservation of the hill. This will be the most direct and significant impact as the Zadists have taken up residence on the hill to defend it. Then, on a national and international scale, we want to amplify the movements taking place on the field in countries like France, Germany, Belgium, etc. The global emergency context gives us the opportunity to present this film as a tool to give the population an overview of the damage caused by a famous multinational, which occupies a lot of space in the media at the moment, while suggesting another way of living together, as a community.
