Before the Festival

From 15 February, you can buy your tickets online, on the Festival website, by going to the event of your choice in the programme. The 5 entries card and Festival Pass can also be purchased online on this page

A ticket office will be open before the Festival on 6 and 7 March at the Maisons des Arts du Grütli between 11:00 and 15:00. Information and opening times.

During the Festival

You can purchase your tickets, 5-entry cards and Festival Passes online and at our ticket offices located at the Maison des Arts du Grütli or at the Maison Communale de Plainpalais (Théâtre Pitoëff). Information and opening times.

Before the Festival, you can buy your tickets, 5-entry cards and Festival Passes on 6 March and 7 March at our ticket office in the Maison des Arts du Grütli from 11am to 3pm. Information and opening hours.

During the Festival, you can buy tickets, 5-entry cards and Festival passes at the Festival ticketing booths at the Espace Pitoëff and Maison des Arts du Grütli. Information and opening hours.

In case of withdrawal, tickets will be available for sale the same day at the Festival ticket offices: at the Maison des Arts du Grütli and at the Maison Communale de Plainpalais (Pitoëff). Information and opening hours

Look in your spam folder. The confirmation e-mail is probably there. If you have not received anything, please place your order again. There may have been a problem with your payment. You can contact us at billetterie@fifdh.org.

You can book your tickets at the Festival ticket desk or on our website. Warning:  without a reservation you will not be able to attend the sessions. 

Online reservation : on your Festival Pass / 5-entry card / accreditation there is a ticket number and a code (TicketID). Go to the Festival website, click on the “person” icon in the top right-hand. Write your TicketID. You can now go to the programme page and click on the “book” button beside each session. The reservation is then logged onto your festival Pass / 5-entry card / accreditation. 

The 5-entry card is transferable. The same session can be booked several times.

It is unnecessary to print the summary of your reservations. Go to the entrance of the room with your Festival Pass / 5-entry card / accreditation. The reservation is saved on it.

Yes, without prior reservation you will not be able to attend the screenings. 

You can consult them at the Festival ticket offices or on our website at the pass page (also available via the “person” icon in the top right-hand corner).

Online : on your Festival Pass / 5-entry card / accreditation there is a ticket number and a code (TicketID). Go to the Festival website, click on the the pass page, also available via the “person” icon in the top right-hand corner. Enter your TicketID, after that you consult your reservations. 

The 5-entry card is transferable. The same session can be booked multiple times.

No, the passes and accreditations are personal and can only be used by their holder. In the event of fraudulent use, passes and accreditations will be confiscated.

No, it is not possible to be refunded or to change your ticket.
