New Operational and Administrative Director at the FIFDH
Guillaume Noyé will be the new Operational and Administrative Director of the FIFDH in Geneva: he will start his new position on 4 September 2023, joining Editorial Directors Laila Alonso Huarte and Laura Longobardi at the head of the Festival.
To complete its management, the FIFDH team and its Foundation Board are pleased to announce the appointment of Guillaume Noyé to the position of Operational and Administrative Director. He succeeds Rachel Gerber, who has successfully contributed to the Festival’s development over the past six years.

Guillaume Noyé has been involved in Geneva’s cultural sector for many years – as General and Operational Director for the Festival Voix de Fête, and previously as administrator of the Club Chat Noir – and will bring his expertise and knowledge of the field to the FIFDH. Alongside his activities in the cultural area, he has worked with a number of social and humanitarian organisations (Geneva Red Cross, Hospice général, Fondation Clair-Bois for people with multiple disabilities, etc.).
His profile, his managerial and human skills offer the FIFDH exciting prospects, not only for its current structure, but also for the development of new synergies within the team and with its partners.

Guillaume Noyé will join the trio of directors of the FIFDH as of 4 September 2023, alongside Laila Alonso Huarte and Laura Longobardi, recently appointed co-Editorial Directors of the Festival.

Noyé
Guillaume Noyé is a specialist in the management of cultural events and the support of structures in transformation. After 5 years at the head of a music club, whose transformation he guided, he has been working since 2015 as co-director of ASMV (Festival Voix de Fête, Club Chat Noir, Coproductions, etc.). Together with his team, he worked to consolidate the operational and financial structure of these activities, increasing their public and institutional recognition. He remains committed to on-the-ground activities, ensuring a humane and efficient operational management. He also advises various structures on their strategic and organisational choices.
