Ticket office
During the Festival, the ticket office opens 45 minutes before the first screening of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start of the last film.

Accessibility and inclusion
The Festival
The Festival team is cognisant of the importance of inclusion and has been informed of which measures to apply to create an environment which ensures the comfort of all guests.
- Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed in all areas, including the screening rooms.
- PRM accompanying person ticket: possibility of taking a free ticket for the person accompanying a person with reduced mobility.
- Screening with audio description via the Great application:

- During the Festival, two Relax events are on the programme:
- Thursday 13 March, 11:00 at the MEG: Shorts screening GÉNIALES
- Wednesday 12 March , 14:45 at the Cinémas du Grütli: Screening of Dounia, le grand pays blanc
- The website:
- The use of the hyphenation point (‧) instead of the median point: maximising legibility and digital accessibility for visually impaired people.
- Fonts can be enlarged, allowing better, more accessible reading.
- The contrasting option on the site implemented allows browsing in dark or light mode.
Festival venues

Maison communale de Plainpalais (Espace Pitoëff):
- The rooms are accessible for PRMs
