They didn’t want to have sex. They couldn’t push him away, couldn’t make him understand that they didn’t want to. Afterwards, they told themselves that it wasn’t rape because there had been no physical violence. For the first time, a film tackles this gray area of sexuality without consent.
The screening will be followed by a discussion entitled “How can sexual violence be prevented?”. This panel on society’s involvement as a lever for change will feature the following speakers:
– Laura Mach, doctor, child psychiatrist, trained in public mental health
– Adriana Schnyder, transitional justice expert
– André Kuhn, professor of criminology and criminal law
This discussion will be moderated by:
– Romaine Jean, communications and media consultant
