How Can Europe Resist Re-Fascisation? Across Europe, far-right discourse is increasingly normalised to justify restrictions on freedoms, widening inequalities, violence against marginalised groups, expanded surveillance and the gradual erosion of the rule of law. Behind security, economic and even ostensibly modernising arguments, democracy itself is being hollowed out. This forum will examine these dynamics through feminist, anti-racist and decolonial perspectives, and question whether historical education has failed to play its role in defending rights.
