The International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights (FIFDH) is recruiting its future interns for its 25th edition, taking place from 5 to 14 March 2027 in Geneva.
We are offering three exciting internship opportunities within a dynamic and committed team, contributing to the organisation of one of Geneva’s key events dedicated to cinema and human rights.
⚠️ Please note that these internships are open exclusively to students currently enrolled in university studies. Student status and eligibility for a tripartite internship agreement are mandatory.
From 2 November 2026 to 31 March 2027 (80% in November and December, 100% from January to March)
MISSION
The Programme Coordination Intern will support the preparation of the FIFDH within the Programme Department, working primarily under the supervision of the Programme Coordinator. During the internship, they will collaborate with all Festival teams, gaining a broad range of valuable and transferable skills while contributing to the organisation of one of the leading events dedicated to cinema and human rights.

From 2 November 2026 to 30 April 2027 (80% per month, 100% in March and 60% in April)
MISSION
The Cultural Outreach Intern will support the preparation of the FIFDH within the Programme Department and will work specifically with the Cultural Outreach team. The internship will focus on developing outreach projects in schools, detention centers and hospitals, as well as in Geneva’s municipalities and with audiences who are traditionally less exposed to culture.
The educational programme, aimed at secondary school students, is a central part of the internship. The intern will collaborate with all Festival teams, gaining a broad range of valuable and transferable skills while contributing to the organisation of one of the leading events dedicated to cinema and human rights.

From 1 December 2026 to 30 April 2027 (50% in December, 100% Jan, Feb, March, and 40% in April)
MISSION
You will support the preparation of the Festival within the Communications team, working with the Media Relations team under the supervision of the Head of Media Relations. You will collaborate with all FIFDH teams and have the opportunity to develop your press relations skills in the context of a major event dedicated to cinema and human rights.
