Currently unconscious, she is being systematically denied access to urgent medical care and specialized treatment, despite an extremely alarming situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"block block-quote text-center col-xxl-10 mx-auto\">\n  \u201c&thinsp;We are not just fighting for the freedom of Narges, we are fighting so that her heart continues to beat (&#8230;).
