Raising awareness of human rights among the younger generation is one of the key missions of the FIFDH. During the Festival or throughout the year, secondary I and II schoolchildren can watch committed films and take part in discussions on human rights issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FIFDH team offers three different programmes for schools:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>During the Festival<\/strong>: FIFDH organises 12 screenings spread over five days on themes linked to human rights. The 2025 edition welcomed more than 1,050 pupils from Secondary I and II classes and tackled issues such as ecology, migration, women\u2019s* and LGBTQIA+ rights, artificial intelligence, children at war and data protection. <em>Are you a teacher? Would you like to take your class to the Festival? The<a href=\"https:\/\/fifdh.org\/en\/schools\/programme-for-schools-2026\/\"> 2026 programme<\/a> is online! You can register your class now!<br><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"block block-button \">\n  <div class=\"d-flex mx-auto justify-content-center my-3\">\n          <a class=\"btn btn-outline btn-outline-ecoles  my-auto   \" href=\"https:\/\/fifdh.org\/en\/schools\/programme-for-schools-2026\/\" target=\"\">\n        <span>Programme For Schools 2026<\/span>\n      <\/a>\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All year round<\/strong>: Outside the Festival, FIFDH films can be viewed in your schools throughout the school year. For one class, the new online platform allows the films to be viewed free of charge and independently. For several classes, we organise aula screenings, followed by discussions with guest speakers.<br>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In classes<\/strong>: the new online FIFDH platform allows films to be viewed free of charge and independently throughout French-speaking Switzerland. Around twenty films accompanied by ad hoc teaching material (teaching sheets, filmed introductions, and thematic discussions) are made available to teachers and students. <em>Are you a teacher? Would like to screen a FIFDH film in your class?<\/em> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/fifdh.org\/en\/schools\/platform\/\">Discover the school&#8217;s platform<\/a><\/em>.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In schools<\/strong>: in partnership with the DIP\u2019s Schools &amp; Culture Department, the FIFDH visits schools and offers screenings in aula followed by discussions with speakers. These screenings are free and intended solely for public secondary I &amp; II schools in the canton of Geneva.
