Shy and withdrawn, she immediately rejects him and decides not to speak to him at all.\u00a0 Set behind the scenes of the former royal palace, the film follows the slow, sometimes awkward relationship between a stubborn child and an unlikely guardian as they learn to cope with loss and adjust to life together.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe session on <strong>March 11<\/strong> is a RELAX screening. The workshop encourages confidence and curiosity, showing that philosophy can also be about learning to think independently.<br \/>\nFor children aged 6\u201310. This means that Violette sneaks out whenever she has the chance.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nLittle by little, Violette and R\u00e9gis get to know each other and learn to trust each other.\u00a0<br \/>\nIn the corridors of the palace, Violette grows up thanks to:<br \/>\n\u2013 her uncle,<br \/>\n\u2013 her friend Malcolm,<br \/>\n\u2013 the social worker,<br \/>\n\u2013 and the other people she meets.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nOver time, Violette rebuilds her life and creates a new family.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nThe film gently addresses difficult subjects:<br \/>\nIt deals with the death of loved ones. It also deals with uprooting.<br \/>\nThis means changing location and family.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nIt is also an optimistic story.
