ROUND TABLE Afghan women : between perceptions and realities
Being denied the right to study, work, or even engage in physical activity: a scenario that might seem straight out of dystopian fiction. And yet, this appears to be the reality of several million Afghan women since the Taliban's return to power on August 15. In association with the FIFDH, DecadréE gives a voice to women who have seen their rights violated in Afghanistan, and are fighting, from Switzerland, to advance them in a country they hope to better before they return. What is their struggle, and what do they think about the representation of Afghan women in the media? Join us at Café Babel for this participatory round table moderated by Mélissa Henry.
